Introduction Text Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes and Spark Goodies- even though I've been AWOL the past few months, you all still show your kindness and your support. Let that be a lesson to me that even when I fall, you all are still there for me and instead of wanting to hide, I should be embracing your support until I get back on my feet. Life is good, overall, but I need to start over. I've lost sight of my goals and motivation. I haven't gotten on the scale in a couple of months, and I'm really dreading it. But all of the birthday wishes have really brought home the fact that I know I need to get my butt in gear, come back to Spark People, and give you all the love that you all give to me!
