225 to staying 145: THE 15 YEAR JOURNEY
In 2000, I spent a very intensive 51 dedicated and deliberate weeks learning everything I never knew about how to take care of my body. I lost 100 lbs. in all, the old fashioned way by eating right, exercising and being CONSISTENT!
That was 15 years ago now, and I have since found and lost almost half that weight...TWICE. Here on spark, yet I am healthy and fit again and intend on staying that way!

In 2015, I will REMAIN strong enough to respond to life's challenges!
My Program:
Eat foods that fuel the machine that is my body.
Rejoice in the energy that comes from being more active.
Set an example for my kids of how one should live.
Personal Information:
I am happily married after 20 years to Mr. Wonderful and we have been blessed with 3 very challenging teenagers.
Other Information:
