    So glad to hear from you! Yes, I'm still at it. I'm grateful I've been able to pretty much keep the lost weight off, but I'm sometimes dejected that I still overeat and struggle sometimes. I really thought by now food would have almost no pull on me. Then I have an easy day like today and am glad all over! (Popcorn had been my recent drug of choice: I had a chance to buy some for cheap and then thought, who am I kidding? I won;t be happy with just a little. On the shelf it stayed.) I guess I may be expecting too much. I've let myself go hog wild on certain foods so often, and lived to regret it, that now I hardly entertain the thought of allowing that again. A few more problematic foods are making it into the category. Once they are there, there's a lot less drama about them. (I still rarely track, though. Renegade!)

    Interesting - I looked up Sri Gyanamata and saw that she was a student of Yogananda - I studied the lessons of the Self Realization Fellowship for some time.... I did a lot of reading on yoga and yoga philosophy... (and tried to practice some of what I read).
