Hey, glad to see you're doing well and back on here! Thanks for your kind comments on my page -- it's still strange to me to see my weight loss pics -- I don't feel like it's me yet! 3352 days ago

Hey Tunie! Saw your comment. Thanks for the support!
To answer your question, you can start by going to the Workout Videos here on SP. It's under the Healthy Lifestyle tab - then select "Fitness" in the middle of that screen is a "Fitness Features" section. 4th one down is "Workout Videos". I started out not really knowing what to do and not in great shape which is why I tried the boot camp. What I did realize is that the pilates are really hard if you aren't in a little shape. But, the 10 minute cardio kickboxing, 6 minute Butt Blasting and 6 min Hips, Glutes and Thighs are not too bad. Those are all the big muscles to start with and I think help give you a jump start. One thing I really like about Coach Nicole's videos is that she reminds you that it's okay not to keep up with her and to stay within your intensity limits. Plus she gives you alternatives to vary the intensity from lower to highest. That's a big help. I couldn't keep up at first; but, after the first week of videos (I did a different one each day) I was better. By the third week, I could keep up with most of them and by the 4th I was doing extra ones.
So, I say just jump right on in and give it a whirl! If you can't keep up, so what. The trick is to just keep right on moving. It's okay to take baby steps!
Hope this helps! Sorry for the long comment... I can ramble sometimes. Chris 3569 days ago

Don't give up your oatmeal -- switch to what I call "summer oatmeal" -- mix equal parts oatmeal with milk or juice (you may have to experiment a bit with how much liquid -- you want enough to soften the oatmeal but not make it gooey). Leave in the fridge overnight (I also add cinnamon and a bit of vanilla). In the morning add fruit or nuts or both. Grated apple is a great choice. Cold oatmeal! 3572 days ago
