My Goals:
1. I will practice at least one healthy coping skill/day from the following list to deal with daily stressors;
A. Deep breathing
B. Stretching
C. Exercising
D. Playing my guitar, piano, or drums.
E. Listening to music.
F. Listening to guided imagery CD's.
G. Writing.
H. Reading.
2. I will exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes until I increase my stamina, then I will increase the times and duration.
3. I will eat at least 5 fresh fruits and vegetables/day.
4. I will eat healthy snacks daily.
5. I will Spark daily.
6. I will cook healthy foods that I like
