Hi Annie! Thanks for reading my blog "Salad in a Jar". I find that it works a lot better to put the lettuce separately in a bowl, dump the jar out into the lettuce, and then add the dressing, along with whatever else you want in your salad. I tend to eat it as a main dish for dinner, and with the addition of lettuce and some protein, it's a very satisfying meal! 2801 days ago

I have a couple that I like best. One is Liz Gillies Pilates & Big Ball Workout. I also like 10 Minute Solutions Fitness Ball Workout, and 10 Minute Solutions Pilates on the Ball. (I'm a huge fan of just about ANY of the 10 Minute Solutions workout DVD's, because if you're short on time you can do just one 10 minute workout...but if you have more time you can do several of the workouts on the disc, or all of them!) I also enjoy yoga, kettlebell, step aerobics and Pilates. I love trying new workout DVD's all the time, I have a pretty big collection! (I've actually found quite a few at yard sales!)
