Well I hope the sickies are not around to stay for you - that's discouraging and frustrating to say the least. No easier excuse to get off-track from your goals than feeling icky.
I actually *did* have a martini this weekend at a place called ... Martini's! How funny you should ask. It was a Ginger Sage concoction that sounded strange (so naturally I had to try it) and turned out to be fantastic.
And I don’t get near the recommended water when I don’t track it. I get some, yet – but probably only around a cup or two. When I track it, I do at least 200% better than that. I’m again behind for the day, but I will pick up the pace and hit goal by the end. Mark my words!!
Yes, the motivation is still here – for now. Anger is a strong motivator for me (sadly). So it will stick around for at least a little while. I’m still taking the stairs, looking for little ways to move more. It all adds up, so I’m counting on those bits to make a difference until I make the move to a more structured routine. Baby steps, you know...

Weekend has been busy, but all in all - successful. I haven't done any specific working out this weekend, but I've been moving a lot - so I'm considering it good. I haven't been tracking my water this weekend, either. So I'm sure I'm behind each day - but I'm sure I'll pick it back up on Monday.
Other than getting so frustrated with failing, I'm not really sure where the motivation came from - but I'm still convinced I'm not going to fail again.
Here's to a brand new week!!
So .... what made this weekend so strange for you?? 3410 days ago
