The Year of Change
This is the year where I finally have to think about me and my health
This is the year where I finally have to think about me and my health
Member Since:

Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
I will answer as I do them
What would I like to be different in the upcoming year?
Control my emotions more
What would it feel like to experience this difference?
When God takes something away from your grasp, He's not punishing you but merely emptying your hand for you to receive something better
What am I willing to do to make this change a reality?
What barriers do I anticipate and what strategies can I put into place to overcome these barriers?
What is the first step I need to take to get closer to my goals?
My Program:
walk as much as possible
eat healthy drinking lots of water
Sleep 8 hours
Knit as much as I can to keep my hands busy and away from food
Knitting is like sex, If I like you AND you appreciate it, then it's free. Otherwise you can't pay me enough.
Personal Information:
JUST 27 WORDS
GOD OUR FATHER, WALK THROUGH MY HOUSE AND TAKE AWAY ALL MY WORRIES AND ILLNESSES; AND PLEASE WATCH OVER AND HEAL MY FAMILY IN JESUS ' NAME.. AMEN
Other Information:
Holding onto anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intention of throwing it at someone else. You are the one who gets burned.
- Buddha
"You don't have to attend every argument you're invited to."

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much A true friend reaches for your hand but touches your hea

Thanks for the hat blog love. Might get it done since I will have two nights away from home (I get more done when I am away).

Thanks for the knitting spool blog love. I just could not face 15 inches of I-cord the normal way. And there will probably be more I-cord for all the accoutrement to be created for Ms. Van Hoofen!
