First, act as if you love yourself, Let the emotion of self-love follow the behavior. Pamper yourself. Treat yourself as you would treat someone you love. Feed yourself healthy food. Get enough restful sleep. Balance work and play . Avoid stressful situations. Find opportunities to relax. Create a daily program to care for your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Such a daily program might include walking, yoga, and meditation or inspirational reading ,I love yoga and I do it every morning and I feel great after.have a wonderful evening and thanks for Reading my blog.
