    I replied to your comment on my picture on PEP but I'm not sure if you got it or not. You wanted to know if the Jessica Smith DVD would be good for bad knees. I think it would be OK to do. I'm just starting out with it, and I just got done with the third workout (30 minute Tred and Shred). That workout is a bit tougher on the knees, but I just didn't do the sqat portion and just focused on my arms (as I still walked in place). I still think she's great for people who have bad knees. She even has specific workouts for people who have bad knees, bad hips, or bad shoulders. Check out her YouTube channel and have a blast.

    Sorry, as I have macular degenre ation I cannot see writing on purple so if I have made any spelling mistakes I would never know. LOL Anyway, I like your spunk and dedication. You can do it with your determination and spunk. I wish I had know n about this program 20 years ago I might never have reached the point I was in 10 years ago. I am going sown, slowly, but it is too slow for me LOL Joni
