Introduction Text My first introduction was several years ago. I think it is time for an update. Since joining SP I was in a car accident and fully recovered. Became a grandmother for the third time. Youngest daughter lives in Germany with two beautiful daughters and a wonderful husband. Have had some health problems and has surgery. Fully recovered! A car crashed into my condo destroying the kitchen and front entry. Had to move out for 9 months while the rebuilding took place. Gained back some of the weight that was lost. My life was unmanageable. My sister passed away this year. Yes, a lot has happened in a few years. Today things are much different. I am in reasonably good health. A little lazy at times. I am back in my remodeled condo and it is beautiful. I still work part time as a massage therapist and LOVE it. Just celebrated my 73rd birthday and don't feel or act my age. When I joined SP my weight was 219 pounds. Today I weigh 140 and have 15-20 more pounds to go. I truly have changed my life around thanks to determination and the involvement with SP! ********** Have led a sedentary life for a long time now due to health reasons and have gained 50+ pounds. All I have done is graze and pack on the pounds! It is time to change the course of my life and have made the decision to get rid of excess weight, become physically fit and enjoy not only the process but also the rest of my life. My daughter recently gave birth to her first child. A darling little girl. They live in Germany and I am planning a trip in the near future to see the family. For this kind of trip with lots of physical activity I need to get in shape I am retired and live in Broward County, Florida. I do best when working with one or more individuals toward the common goal. That means I am looking for a buddy. That way we both can motivate one another. Still not sure my computer will allow me to fully utilize the program. I sure hope so! Pictures? You said pictures? Sorry, I don't have the equipment to post pictures. Sorry. Am adding new entry... Haven't been receiving emails from the group in a very long time and have lost touch with all of you as well as myself and the goals I have set. Need to get back on track!!!
