My Goals:
HAVE NOW CHANGED--- I WILL BE LUCKY TO MAKE 160LBS. DUE TO LIMITED WALKING ABILITY I CAN STILL DO CHAIR EXERCISE ---THIS WILL LIMIT WEIGHT LOSS.

My Program:
 Main problem is getting off a sweet binge!! Trying to eat at least two pieces of fruit a day. . I just added more FIBRE to my plan and it is helping! Exercise is a problem but I will try.


Personal Information:
I AM FROM NEW JERSEY---TOO OLD TO MENTION --WIDOWED---LOVE TRAVEL IF/WHEN I CAN--ENJOY PEOPLE AND COMMUNICATING.

Other Information:
 I am very into weight loss---I like history--art-archaeology--mysteries( Agatha Christie--P.D.JAMES etc.)
