Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband who I have been with since 1977. I have two children a Son (Samuel) and Daughter in Law Hotaru and Step Grandson Michael and New Grand Daughter Nicole - and a Daughter (Leah) & Son in Law (Marlon) & Grandson (Xander) and Grandson (Avery). All the kids are in the Army - I am very proud of my kids - on July 27, 2009, Feb 10, 2011, Nov 21, 2017 - I was honored to be selected as a Spark people Motivator!


Other Information:
I love to sing and I love to Sew, Quilt, Play cards, swim, camp, fish, hunt, bake cakes for people, (wedding, birthday any cake) ride my motorcycle, - if there is something I have not done - you name it I would like to try it - if I haven't done it yet.

    We all know that we need to eat more vegetables and fruit every day. The Centers for Disease Control reported that only 32.5 percent of adults in the U.S. ate fruit two or more times daily, and just over a quarter of Americans, ate vegetables three or more times per day. The nutritional recommendations are that you eat at least five servings of fruits and veggies daily. It’s important to make a conscious effort to fill your diet with fruit and veggies and it is actually easy to do. Start by adding vegetables to your favorite dishes. Add broccoli or onions to your pizza. Add cut up carrots or peppers to your pasta dishes or tacos. By making a conscious effort, you can make the majority of your diet fruit and vegetables!
