Started eating Keto in March 2018. Had amazing weightloss results and felt more stable mentally.
Have done Curves diet and Eat to Live program in the past. I felt really good on Eat to Live and am still implementing more greens into my regular diet.

June 2019, Ready for a change and am transitioning off Keto to a lower carb, healthy, balanced diet.

I have several autoimmune conditions and some unexplained fatigue that waylays me every 2-3 months for a few days. Hoping to someday have that explained but for now just trying to work with myself :)

My Goals:
Survive Life for the next few years! - I have successfully accomplished this since I wrote that almost 10yrs ago! Still working on living life one year at a time.

My Program:
This is my old (pre Keto) diet:
Vegan protein shake (Vega Sport if you're curious) for breakfast.
Lots of veggies with lunch and dinner.
Track calories sporadically to make sure I'm not eating more than I think. Feel pretty satiated at 1600-1700 --- but only if I'm paying attention.

Limiting carbs/eating in general when I'm stressed.

Adding more consistent exercise... I will be working on this for the rest of my life, I think!

Personal Information:
I have a chronically ill close family members and I caregive for seniors, either companionship or palliative care, so life is a constant stream of caring for people with a medical slant and trying to keep my eyes on God as He directs my life.

Other Information:
I'm blessed with an extremely close family!

My dream job would be to sit with hospital patients to give their family a break from the hospital. ~ But I haven't found a way to make it happen yet.

Most of the time I'm ok with my body/weight. Sure I'd like to be smaller & lighter, but at the same time I do NOT want to be thin. More of a sturdy but leaner body if I could chose what to remake mine into :)

I saw that you are going to skydive this year. I have been wanting to do this for 10 years but felt being over 200 lbs I would fall to the ground faster than necessary or told I can't do it because I weigh too much. So come June I should be 1/2 weigh to my weight goal and I am jumping. I have talked my brother-in-law into doing it with me. We are going to Boulder City, NV. Apparently, when one jumps there, they can see Lake Mead, Vegas and parts of the Grand Canyon.

    Good luck!
