Be mindful
1. Lose 5 pounds by September 6, 2015.
2. Bring lunch to work M - F.
3. No mountain dew.
4. Exercise everyday.
5. HVC Fitness Center M-F. 21 days possible in August. Start 8.17.2015.
6. Drink up!! 8+
Long Term:
Live a healthy life
Lose 50 pounds
Challenge Goals:
1. Find balance
2. Stay focused on being healthy
3. Find exercise plan and remain consistent.
4. Journal all food
My Program:
AM exercise
Strength 2-3 x weekly
Be aware of water intake
No soda and less sugar
Log in to SP every day
Breakfast
Wear my FitBit daily
