    I just saw your comment on my page about your doing the 5 km challenge. Sounds like good advice from your doctor, too. Moving more is something I definitely need to work on. Thank you for sharing.

    I've decided that I am going to continue eating intuitively, but I did pull the scales back out this morning. I'm not happy with what I'm seeing, but did go a little crazy yesterday. Maybe if I know I need to weigh in each week it'll help me be more mindful.

    I look forward to hearing how your 5 km challenge is going.
