Fitness Minutes: 31,361

My Goals:
I would like to lose 40 lbs. and exercise 3 to 4 days a week. I know this will make my overall health improve!

My Program:
 I am making better food choices and am watching my sodium intake. I have been able to do aerobics 3x a week and am trying to add a couple of days of strength training all at home.


Personal Information:
My name is Lee Ann. I live in a small town and enjoy the slower paced life. I am semi-retired and work part time. I have two grown children. My husband and I have been married for 37 years.



Other Information:
 I enjoy watching NASCAR races, reading, and playing with our cat and dog. I am also a General Hospital fan.

    Forgot to mention on the goodie note about the digestive enzymes. I thought of it just now, because I was having some heartburn and took one and it is gone within about 15 min. Keep me posted on how you do with them. You can take them with your food and I take an extra one sometimes if I react negatively to spicy foods, etc. It really helps! Good night. emoticon emoticon

    Hope your week is going good so far. I am trying hard to keep up the momentum of exercise daily and will take a rest day if needed. I usually only do that, if I am out actively walking more. Right now just doing chair exercise, my indoor bike and stretching, ST. Calorie counting daily, and doing better each day.
    GH-OMG! Have you kept up with it? I couldn't wait for Monday's show to see what happened after Nik and Ava walked in dripping wet! Don't blame Laura for what she said about how he kept them in the dark about being alive for 3 years! And what about Nik and Ava getting married? YIkes!!!!
    Good ole Valentine got what was coming to him. But, I bet he will weasel out of it like always. wonder if Nik will be arrested-he was a fugitive before Val shot him.
    We are having a staycation coming up starting Friday for 10 days, so I will be on and off SP up until that is over. Got lots to do. Can't wait!

    Thanks Lee Ann. My local vitamin store really has been a big help to me, as well as the Chiropractor. So far the laser therapy is good. All the reports online indicate it helps- so if anything it can't hurt, right? Only my wallet is crying, but I feel health is a good investment. When I think of all the times we went to Starbucks in the past @ at least $10 a visit- that's a waste of money!!! Ugh
    GH=you don't know what you're missing, if you haven't caught up already. Not liking the new Brook Lynn. I hear Tracey Q. is coming back! I love that- miss her! I think Franco is coming back for sure. Yay!!!!!
