To answer your question. "how do y'all get two spins in so early in the day.....or at all?"
What I do is post my meals and water and Daily Notes all on the Track Your Food. Track Your Fitness if you do it early. Then I post on my teams. After I do that I check the Start Page to see if I have gotten 25 points. If it is only 22 or 23 I do my 1st spin to see if it is enough for the Bonus Spin to pop up.
