I tried. I really did. I tried to get healthier and more fit without SP, and I failed.
Miserably.
Reminds me of one of my favorite sayings: "If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up."
I joined SP in October of 2008...it helped; a lot. I not only lost weight, I met a lot of very nice people, some of whom have become my friends.
So I'm back; committing myself again.
