I am 22 and I have always been the bigger girl. The only time I've been happy with my body was my senior year of high school and I'm not exactly proud of how I got that way. Anyway, I'm here to make some life long changes. To begin my new life as a skinny girl. The time is now!!
My heaviest weight was around (or over) 225lbs. Ugh! That's more than I weighed 9 months pregnant with my son!

I can remember coming home from elementary school crying becasue they other kids called me fat and other terrible names. My mother bought me a Barbie workout video and I was like 'eh..... I don't know know about all this working out junk'. So I didn't. That's my earliest memory of being the 'fat' kid.

I carry my weight well, I have a larger 5'8" frame so alot of people don't think I weigh as much as I really do. Most of my family is over-weight. My grandmother always says she was last in line for the boobs and butts, but first in line for the bellies. Most of my family members tend to carry weight around their middle. Diabetes II and high blood pressure are also are common in my family.

*****GOALS*****
210- tanning ¡î(met approx 4-24-09)
200- haircut¡î(met approx 5-19-09, but no haircut-- I'm broke right now...)
190- mani/pedi
180- swim suit! with two pieces?! we'll see!
170- hot new outfit!!
160- lingerie... :o)
150- tattoo

My Goals:
I just want to be healthier. I want to have a rockin' body, lol. Mostly, I want to begin a healthier lifestyle for not only me, but my son.


My Program:
Smaller portions, TONS of cardio, no more soda, and some weight training.
I need to fit into that dress!!!
