Introduction Text Hi! My name is Sue and I live in La Pine, OR. I am retired (again) having been a Marriage and Family therapist, lay pastor, and spiritual care/bereavement care provider for a local hospice. My OM Bill retired 11 years ago and we moved from CA to OR at that time. We love living here, enjoying gardening (Bill), ham radio (Sue is KA6SOC), bird watching, and life in general. We are owned by our 2 dogs. I lost 40 lbs. 2 years ago and am now ready to lose the final 50 lbs I need to get to a "good" weight.

I'd love to lose 5 pounds a month and regain my balance, energy, and coordination!

I am beginning again, tracking diet, using a high protein, low carb diet, Spark activity tracker, and low impact exercise program.

I live in central Oregon, having moved from CA 9 years ago. I am a retired LMFT, hospice spiritual care and bereavement provider. I am married to a great guy and we have 2 four-legged fur children.

I love to read, knit and do counted cross stitch. One of these days I will get my quad antenna repaired (It died in a heavy snow storm in Dec., 2015). I hold an extra cl.ass amateur radio license: KA6SOC.
