My journey Begins AGAIN


I'm a 65 yo female who wants to return to the body I had 10 years ago. After 30 years of obesity, I lost the weight and got in shape. But 6 years later and some health problems and I lost it all - and fell back into old habits. Time to start again and know that this is my time!
