My Goals:
to become fitter, healthier and stronger than I ever have before

to be the best that I can for me.

to lose more weight.

My Program:
 exercises, walking, video & chair exercise

To complete challenges on the teams that I am a member of.

Diet is to suit my kidney disease.

Monitor my activities.




Personal Information:
I live in the mid north of South Australia.
I have 2 grown up sons and 4 grandchildren, 3 boys and 1 girl.


Other Information:
 Enjoy being with my grandchildren. They at the highlight of my life.

I want ot be around for them as they grow into adults.
