GOAL MET SEPTEMBER 21 New October 31 goal: 135 GOAL MET Oct 27 Regained some, current weight 144 as of March 10, 2017. Short term goal: 134 lb by April 18. Longer-term goal: *127* pounds by May 15 Goal weight: 120 or less by 6-6-16 (my 30th birthday!) Treadmill, elliptical, or walking outside. Short term goal is to be 129 by October 31.

Elliptical trainer 45 minutes daily or 45-60 min walking outside or on treadmill. Eat less, move more. Drinking more water, at least the minimum of 8 glasses per day!
