I have been overweight for way too long. It's time for me to actually do something about it instead of just feeling like crap about the way I look.I am 28 years old and I am a married mother of 2 beautiful little girls. They deserve to have a healthy and self confident mom. My husband deserves a young, sexy wife. But most of all I deserve to feel good about the way that I look and to be healthy.
My family is going on a cruise in a few months and I am starting out with a short term goal of losing at least 22 lbs by then.
***The cruise got pushed back to April, so hopefully I can lose more than 22 lbs by then. But I am going to leave my short term goal the way it is for now.

Short term goal: Lose 22 lbs by February 1, 2009
Long tern goal: Lose 72 lbs

Daily goals: Stay within calorie range every day
Track food eaten every day
Walk 30 minutes every day
2 fruits/veggies every day
Write in journal every day

Reward for meeting short term goal: New clothes for cruise

I am from New Hudson, Michigan. I am 28 years old, married, and have 2 daughters, 3 1/2 years old and 10 1/2 months old. I work part time.


Other Information:
I LOVE reading. Right now I am into vampire books. My favorite series is Twilight (I love Edward Cullen!!) I also like movies, tv, music, and gaming.
I am looking for friends and weight loss buddies to help me stay on track!!
