I live in Bristol Virginia.. have a LOT of weight to lose. I'm 305 pounds right now. I'm getting married April 21st..... and I want to lose at least 30 pounds by then! So...275.... my long term goal is 160. *1/26 I'm out of the 3's! 298.2 today. *2/14 291.8 I am a size 26/28 4X right now, and some 4X is even tight.... By April, i'd love to be in a 2X. Even a 3X would be nice, though. My long term goal is around a size 12/14. I'm not on a specific diet plan. I pick and choose pieces of other diets to create my own. I try to get around 1200 calories most days. More on some days, and 500 or less one day a week. Trying to get more protein, less carbs. Trying. More water, less soda. Going to the YMCA at least a couple times a week (trying for more than that) to swim (my favorite cardio, only cardio I actually enjoy! lol) and to use the nautilus room a little. I also do resistance bands at home. This is the first time i've tried losing weight with exercise, it's usually dieting alone. Trying to get into a regular fitness routine! *You are welcome to add me. :) It would be nice to meet people with similar goals. Also, if you are local we could eventually meet up at the ymca, or go for walks. Fitness buddies are always nice.
