Hi! Judy here, just wanting to update my page. Sad to say, i have had a pretty slow journey here, taking many detours and have lost my way for a while. But today I am back on the road to losing weight and I will be successful! I am looking forward to 2015 and the changes I am making. I am looking forward to losing weight and feeling healthier and I am looking forward to the day I can say that I am at goal weight! It may take me a year or more but I am determined to do it!

My Goals:
My long term goal is to be healthy and to prevent diabetes. I have several family members that are diabetic. That is my biggest goal...to be healthy!

My Goal weight is 155. I will work at losing 3-5 pounds a month until I reach that goal.

Other goals:
Increase my exercise so I am doing 30-45 minutes most days.

change my eating habits...by journaling my food, eating more f/v and limiting junk.

I will attend my tops meetings on a weekly basis.

Stay positive!

My short term goals are:
to lose 5% or more of my weight in the next 10 weeks. (10+ pounds),



My Program:
Eating Plan: journal, journal and more journaling. watch the calories, limit the junk and eat more fruits and veggies.

For Exercise: I will do curves 3 times a week and cardio 20-45 min at least 3 to 5 days weekly

Positive attitude and appreicate live/count blessings!

I like to crochet, plastic canvas, reading and spend time with my kids.

    I read where you are going to your daughter's on Saturday after Thanksgiving. That should be fun and should give you some ideas for vegetarian dishes for your other daughter. I hope you have a wonderful time!

    OMGsoh... 3 1/2 lbs is AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!! I'm doing the happy dance for you right now girlie!!! I'm one proud friend!

    As for the holiday next week just remember that Thanksgiving isn't all about food! For me it's about sharing the day with family and friends.

    Yo Miss Judy! How's it going these days? I'mm going shopping Thursday with my sister to the new Kohls. Everybody says that store is great. I've never been to one. Small town America. I know what you mean about Christmas being just around the corner. I made throws (small quilts) for my sisters and parents. I'll probably make them a CD also. I love giving handmade gifts!     Hey girl! Just checkin' on you to see how you did the past few days. I finally got 64oz of water today. I used to do it all the time but I'm havin' problems lately. I think I have cabin fever. I need to get out of the house and do something this weekend! Should I mention a camera to you or what? LOL!
