    Woo hoo! Welcome back to Spark!

    I am so excited that you are getting into the fitness mode also! I used the Shred and really liked it cause it was quick, convenient, but also gave you one heck of a workout! I can't wait to hear how it goes!

    If you ever want to do it together let me know. We can round the kids up, let em run lose while we work it out!

    I hear ya about some of those classes and keeping up! That is how I feel when I go to a Step class. I end up jumping up and down over the step as the twists confuse me!

    It sounds like you have a nice mix of fitness options! As long as you can get at least 30 minutes of movement in each day, you will be good! I like going outside now too cause it's so nice! I want to enjoy it before everything is frozen again (it happens too quickly!).

    I'm glad the site is going well so far. I really hope you get the most you can from it! I love it here!

    Wow..have you heard of Hip Hop Hustle before? It is a workout created by the same woman that started Turbo Jam. I did it tonight and it was so much fun! I looked a bit silly at times but I didn't care!

    So what kind of exercises do you like to do? Do you prefer DVDs, running, dancing????
