This is now May 2011 and still trying to eat more healthy and i am much better than i have been. It is just a everyday process, which i am more aware of and really trying to do much better. I am still attending the WW program and finding it a bit more thinking on what you do put into your body.

Fitness Minutes: 68,385

My Goals:
I have been at WW for ten years as a lifetime member and now I am trying to stay at my goal from doing that hard work. It is just as hard to keep it maintained.


My Program:
I am going to Curves 4-5 days a week and walking 2 miles or doing the treadmill for 2 miles at other times. I am tracking and drinking the water more faithfully.

Update on my Curves status, because of knee problems I have cut down my Curves sessions to 3 dys a week for the month of September. When better i will b e back!



Personal Information:
I have worked at the bank coming up 26 years in the fall and now work three days a week. I have a nice son and daughter and a lovely 14 year old granddaughter. My hubby and I just celebrated our 53rd aniversary in June 2009.


Other Information:
I am from Ct. and love to dabble in knitting, sparkpages,exercise, scrapbooking,family, and baking the more nutritious way. Not much time for house it seems like.

    Hi Jo-Ann, Thanks for stopping by dear. I absolutely love orchids too. Right now I only have 2 inside my home. But boy are they gorgeous. Always have loved flowers. But here in the past year have grown quite fond of the orchids. They just look so unique and the blooms oh wow. I can't say enough lol so I better stop for now.     I am back from Buffalo and had a great time (it was not for work but for The American Legion).

    I went to Curves (in Poughkeepsie) yesterday and hope to get back to Amenia by Wednesday or Thursday. Wanted to go today but have two appointments today and am not sure if I could squeeze it inbetween so best to wait. Hope your neck is better and that I get to see you there.
