Hi! My name is Winnie. I have been up and down on my weight for the last 15 years. I have been as high as 215 lbs and as low as 92 lbs. I am ready to loose weight the healthy way and get in shape so I can have more energy to hang out with my family. I've been married 12 years and my husband, Brad, and I have 3 boys ages 9, 5, and 3.
