Introduction Text Working to get healthy by eating healthier and exercising more. I have IBS and GERD, which I want to get under control.

Trying to get my weight down from obese to overweight and maybe into the normal range, though this has always been difficult for me to maintain. I'm also trying to get a job, which always helps me lose weight, as I'm too tired to think about food! Exercise is my main goal right now. I'm exercising 2/week for about an hour each time, and I'm working on pushing that up to 5 times per week.

Using Spark People to count my calories and going to the gym at least 2 times per week. Trying to give up fast food in favor of healthier options, which is my stumbling block right now.

My faith is very important to me and is helping to see me through my weight lose journey. I feel that God wants to see us to be healthy and not to use our bodies improperly.
