Hello Linda, I hope you are still around, I know I haven't been for awhile, but I am back this time for good. I think I am almost back to normal emotionally now after losing my Mom. I am working hard at my weight loss journey again. I will admit I did put a few pounds back on when I went off the wagon, not as many as I thought I would have so that I suppose is a good thing. All it has done is put my goal time way off, so now I have not set a time frame for when I want to reach my goal, I am just taking it 1 lb at a time. I am doing Turbo Jam workouts again, I did well with them when I started the first time. So I thought that was my best bet for now to get my metabolism in high gear. I have made myself up what I think is a great workout regime incorporating alot of the Turbo Jam workout dvds. I will do CLX again eventually, but I want to drop quite a few lbs first. I have been thinking about Turbo Fire too when the time is right. Hope you are still around and we can keep in touch. Angie 3699 days ago

Glad you are liking Turbo Fire...wow must be quite a workout if don't have to log food. Do you follow a nutrition plan with Turbo Fire too then?

Hi Linda, Glad you are doing so well with your loss, that is awesome...so proud of you. I am getting back into things big time now. I have been talking to a Beach Body Coach and she is helping me setup a workout routine incorporating Turbo Jam and a bit of CLX for strength training. I hope this will help me boost my system back into gear. I am trying to eat in the 1300-1500 calorie range. What do you eat calorie wise a day, just curious? Hi Linda, Great to hear from you. I am happy things are going well for you with your weight loss. I am really struggling to get back into it. Just not sure what is the right program for me, CLX was good but the pounds weren't coming off like I was hoping they would. So I think I am gonna go back to doing Turbo Jam routines for a month or two and see if that jump starts me. I have never checked into Turbo Fire, what exactly is it? Congrats on getting closer to your first goal weight, must be a great feeling. How are your eating habits, I struggle with if I am eating properly or not. I am staying in the calories alotted on here, but still wonder sometimes if I am doing it right.
