Forty-three and still trying


I would like a healthier way of life. Even though I have no free time in a day to spend to improve my health, I am going to strive to fit it in. I just want to feel good in my size and right now I feel so uncomfortable.

My Goals:
Lose weight to improve breathing, walking, flexibility...
Exercise to reduce swelling and arthritis pain
Fit better in my clothes. Knit smaller sizes.

My Program:
 Working with WW, increasing vegetables into my diet. Walking with different workout DVDs


Personal Information:
Grew up in Texas. Lived in Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, and now in West Virginia. I am newly married (7/1/2006). I have a good job and I bought a home. The downside is my love of food.

Other Information:
 Stephen King, knitting, spinning (fiber), crochet, Mountains, travel, cruises, podcasts
