I joined SP in 2010 after losing 15# with weight watchers. During the nine years since I've joined I've fluctuated between 135-150#. What I've learned is more important than my weight is how I feel, being well-rounded in spirit, exercise, sleep, family and friendships. I also travel a lot now and trying to stay disciplined while traveling, though hard, is critical!

2014 Goals -
By end of BLC 24:
Drop to 135 - haven't been there in years! To do that:
At least 3500 CICO deficit per week - track and post at least 5 out of 7 days
Track food in SP
At least 200 min of cardio/week
At least 150 min of strength/stretching/yoga per week
Drop my wine consumption by 25%
My Program:
I work out an average of 45-60 min/day; I try a variety of exercise in order to keep different muscle groups working and so that I don't get bored.
I love walking; but I've added in cycling, yoga and ST.
Personal Information:
I'm from Wyoming; have a rewarding family life with husband and 2 daughters; work about 75% time at a great consulting job and travel a lot for work and personal - have a great life, health, get outdoors a lot....however I am too busy!
