In the past year I yo-yo dieted and exercised not so regularly, so I ended up reaching my biggest weight ever in September 2018 (my BMI reached 29). I’ve always been a bit overweight but in the past 3 years my weight went up in a totally out of control way. And the more I tried the worst it got.

That’s why I’m here on SP: I’m tired of dieting and exercising too much or not at all. I want to live a healthy lyfestyle and feel proud of myself for doing that every day!

Jan/Feb 2019: I have to admit that I’m still trying to figure out what to do. I haven’t found a proper balance yet, but I am trying. I am reading a lot, I have developed an exercise plan, still no clues with a meal plans, but I am recording what I am eating and trying to drink my 8 cups of water every day.
March 2019: I am really happy with the food plan I have found and I’ve been following it since mid Feb; I’m doing several activities on SP: weekly challenges with my hoop team, Beck’s pink book reading) and the Swing into Spring BL challenge; I started a pilates class and I’m trying to create a new doable fitness routine that includes all the things I wanna do (hoop, yoga, pilates, strenght training, walking, running)!

- Be a hula hoop pro

Medium term goals (by June 30)
- Learn how to dance hoop
- German B1 level
- Reach an healthy BMI (weigh 60kg or less)

Mon: Strenght training;
Tue:Pilates
Wed: Strenght training
Thu: Hoop class
Fri: Strenght training

Everyday:
Walk in the park;
Hooping.



Personal Information:
I like reading, traveling and listening to music. In 2018 I discovered hula hoop and it soon became my passion :)

April 3 2019: 64.9 kg (-7.1kg)
March 5 2019: 67kg (-5kg)
September 8 2018: 72kg (highest ever weight)

Some positive affirmations to help me with my weight loss and exercise are:

1) Pound by pound, inch by inch, choice by choice I am becoming healthy and fit.
2) I am totally committed to exercise, and the results it brings.
3) Being fit and vital is one of the top priorities in my life.
