I am ready to start a personal challenge for March. My goals are to lose weight and increase stamina. My program will include low carb meals and IF. Cardio 5 days a week and ST twice a week.

I have started and failed more times than I wish to count. How many times am I going to do this? It's been too long. Too many excuses.

I have renewed motivation. Sometimes it works out for me. LOL I'm taking advantage of this and running with it.

I am worth this. I want to do this for me. I've spent a lot of time reflecting on my life and the people in it. I made changes for my own good. Some were hard to make. If I cannot garner respect and positivity from someone, I can no longer have them in my life on a regular basis. I am a stronger person for it and must continue to seek my peace. Life is too short.

I have to work hard to establish some sort of routine in my life. I will have to do that to reach my goals. I am truly blessed.

I first joined on 6/29/2008. I couldn't figure out how to reset my page and started this one.

Remind myself that I can do this and be kind to myself when I struggle.
