My goal is to be as fit as possible and that means losing weight I have gained over the past years. I'm starting over from this minute on. Tomorrow will be my first time tracking my foods in a long time.
It will be slow and easy but as long as the weight goes down, I will be happy, even if it is only .2 of a lb. The needle has to go in the right direction. I love performing ragtime music with my husband and I also enjoy quilting.

I am tracking every mouthful and love all the helpful feedback. As a former teacher, filling in boxes and spaces comes natural to me. LOL

I'm a retired school teacher with two grandsons.
Other Information:
My hobbies include knitting, and beading (brand new hobby,) reading, listening to music, writing, and practicing for upcoming performances.
