- lost over 90 pounds previously but got stuck on a plateau and progress has been stagnant over the past years - I keep losing and regaining the same 10 pounds... I have 30 pounds left to lose to get to a healthy weight and am trying to break through this plateau. It feels like my body is really fighting against any further change, so I am trying out different approaches in the hope that something will help.
- living in Europe (Switzerland)
- love the outdoors, lots of walking every day
- not a fan of hot weather ;)

My Goals:
find more constructive ways to deal with stress than emotional eating
stop beating myself up whenever I have a setback, stop the negative self-talk
cultivate a more positive outlook and practice mindfulness

Weight loss:
break through the plateau for good rather than losing and regaining the same 10 pounds.
use the 5% challenges to help continue the good work

Get fitter and feel better
Be able to do full sets of pushups

My Program:
- practise mindfulness, start each day new

- MEASURE and WEIGH ALL FOOD. record everything

- regular exercise as fits into daily life & work, active days, keep walking my daily steps
- aim for cardio 3x / week
- aim for strength training 2x / week

Personal Information:
- "every little helps"
- "there is always a choice. The one where you work out is better."
- for setbacks: "reculer pour mieux sauter" (= taking a step backwards to get a good run up to be able to jump higher)
- sometimes you feel buried, but actually you are just planted.
