I love it because it is awesomely hilarious...but when you think of people you probably know who sleepwalk through life, it's also a really great life motto.

My Goals:
I've got a lot of goals for 2012
Become Healthy!.
Run another 5k, a 10k and a half maration
Buy a piano.
I think I'm also going to work on getting regular massages and pedicures/manicures. I know, it's tough, but someone needs to do it!!
My Program:
I recently came back from a stay at Green Mountain at Fox Run in Vermont and I follow their non-diet philosophy (fitwoman.com).
I don't track my calories. I eat 3 meals and two snacks a day of balanced healthy food. I stay away from chemicals (diet pop!) and additives and preservatives. I eat what I want in moderation. I listen carefully to my body and notice if I feel yucky or sluggish or perky and energetic after eating. I adjust my food accordingly.
I eat to live. I don't live to eat. It's an amazing difference.
I work out 3-7 days a week.
I love to walk and hike, and am slowly becoming a runner.
Personal Information:
I'm from beautiful Upper Michigan where we get 200 + inches of snow per year. Needless to say, I like to cross country ski and snowshoe.
I'm a business owner and trying to balance my work and my health is my biggest and most important challenge.
