Power lifted for years and now getting back into lifting again.

My Program:
I'm Tim, I played sports all my life, power lifted for 15 years. My Wife at the time got sick with GBS (Guillain-Barré Syndrome)and I had to take over everything. When she got better 9 months later I didn't start back with my workouts. I kept eating like I was though.

As of today - Age 46:
Bench-375 lbs. 1RM 07/22/12
Bench Burn out set- 225x28 reps 09/01/12
Bench Burn out set- 275x15
Incline Bench-340 lbs. 1RM 07/18/12
Incline Burn out set- 225x20 reps 07/22/12 end of routine
Squat-425 lbs. 1RM 08/27/12
Leg press- 1025 lbs for 10 reps
Dead Lift- 425 lbs. 1RM

All time raw max lifts are at 270 lb. BW 01/28/2001 Age 34:
Bench-505 lbs. 1RM
Bench-1X15X315 end of routine
Incline Bench-405 lbs. 1RM
Incline bench -1x10x315 end of routine
Squat-550 lbs. 1RM
Dead Lift- 605 lbs. 1RM

    Don't judge, I took my spike day early. This is what I had. 2 steaks,2 chicken breast,2 pork chops,1 meatloaf chunk,4 oz. of roast beef, and a whole lot of the following,red potatoes,rice,yeast rolls,green beans,baked beans, big giant ass salad with everything on including more steak and chicken, and to finish it off apple cobbler with ice cream and caramel drizzled on it. Weighed when I got home 9 lbs. heavier than I did in the morning. 3 dinner plates, 1 salad plate,1 desert plate. Probably ate more in one sitting than I did in the 5 days previously. At least 10,000 cals and god knows how many animals they had to slaughter to feed big Z. You been here too long, you leave now, we're out of food. lmao
