    Hi. Do you need an extra push or help to get out of your rut?

    Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go.

    The Challenge runs for 8 weeks. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges.

    The Spring Challenge will be starting soon. Let me know if you would be interested. We would love to have you join us.

    I have thyroid problems and hard to lose. My weights go up an down but the long term trend is going down. Don't get discouraged.

    not very tech savvy. If you go to SparkPeople start page, then Articles and Videos, then videos. Choose Strength videos. Another place to look is on YouTube, Jessicasmithtv--lots of great, upbeat workouts. I am rooting for you!

    Saw your post on the team page. I have been where you are--dark, sad place--but you don't have to live there. You had a bad couple of days. OK. Make the next ones better. They don't have to be perfect and neither do you. Just try to make each day a little better, a little happier than the one before. We are all here to help you. BTW, there are some great toning videos on the website.
