Hi everyone! I'm Bryant. Feel free to call me Bry (long I sound). As you can see from my pics I have a very long way to go to reach my goals. When I get near a scale I can almost hear it screaming for me to go away! I have been away for a while and yep, you guessed it, I've gained a lot of weight back. So here I am, back at the beginning of my journey.

Not gonna dwell on the failures of the past. Rather, will work for a very successful future. Gonna forge ahead one day at a time building momentum with every step I take! To God be the glory!!!

Fitness Minutes: 80,134

My Goals:
My main goal is to live a healthier & happier lifestyle. I seriously need to lose weight in order to do that.

My Program:
I intend to reach my goals with lots of help from God and my spark friends to keep me going. :)
I will do cardio 6 days a week.
Full body strength training with weights 3 days a week.
Rest day every Sunday.

Its time to make some serious lifestyle changes. I've been doing the yo yo thing with my weight for far too long. I'm tired of it. I'm not going to go back up to what I was before. Its time to continue this weight loss journey and forge ahead. I wanna be a big loser in 2018!! Who's with me??!!??

Other Information:
I know I don't look it but I am no stranger to exercise. Although it seems like 100 years ago now I used to be heavily into the martial arts. During my late teens and into my 20's I maintained my weight @ 185 lbs. Yeah, I've really let myself go...BIG TIME!! While it seems almost impossible I'd like to some day achieve that weight again.
