Going for a walk with the family.
It was low intensity because I have a sore shoulder (this allowed me to keep my Fitbit on) but it was still a great workout and I left feeling pretty good about myself after a simple 'good job' from Canada's current +91KG B Class Muay Thai champ.
Lunch today! 😋 Light cottage cheese with fresh chives, red bell pepper, cucumbers, and baby spinach on rye crispbreads.

Breakfast today! Smashed avacado & hard boiled egg on rye toast! 😋
Today's lunch = low fat, plain Greek yogurt topped with peach slices & muesli. 😋
Yesterday was a rest day. Today I skipped the weights because my shoulder said so. This morning I had the #fitbit set to workout rather than walk by accident... but I did go for that #walk! 👣😀❄
Yesterday was a good day. Today is going to be a good day too! 😀
Sometimes all you need to reverse a surge of negativity after a rather difficult day is some fresh air and a nice long walk. Happy Friday night everyone. 👣🌛😊
