Made one yesterday --so good I made another for tonight!. Cauliflower rice--about 2 cups, 2 eggs, a bit of bacon crumbles and feta cheese. Mix well. Used my copper pan to get a nice brown. Put a quinoa rice mixture on top, then flipped it to get crunchy rice.
