A few months ago, I felt something on my thigh, hmmm. Few days later, there it was again...what is that? Argh.....the H O R R O R! It was my left butt cheek that had drooped and I could now feel it. Gasp, sobbing, denial. So, either I got it back up by walking(which I am firmly believing) or I am now so used to it, I don't feel it anymore.😂😂😂Yes, and I am slow on the treadmill.Seriously, if someone, and I mean me, can smell your perfume/cologne at 5 feet away from you, Y O U have too much on. AND, please don't climb on the treadmill next to me, I'm fighting for breath enough as it is. I haven't been on a bike in about 20 years. Today, while looking back to see where my daughter was, I lost my balance and ended up in a bush. I was laughing so hard it took a few minutes to extract me out of it.😂😂😂😂Ok, maybe some of you sparkers can help me here. I changed my goal date and my profile started all over at my current weight and no longer recognizes that I had a starting weight of 231! What's up with that?No more bush landings, but I am bushed! Baby steps on increasing distance on the bike.Celebrating my youngest 21st birthday tonight, chocolate cake and a bottle of wine was involved. I. REGRET. NOTHING! 😂😂😂Transformation Tuesday. The 55 lbs loss is since from May 2017. When I started I could hardly walk a Mile in less than 40 minutes, I now do a mile in about 16 minutes. NSV!Since I am of a certain age and CRS, I use pennies to keep track of my individual running minutes on the tread. Next goal to use nickels.😁Anybody else have to deal with all of the diet stuff for New Year's resolutions only to have walk thru miles of Valentine's candy shelves to get to the check out? Grocery stores are evil.😁Truth! And not just for today.Yay! Mini goal achieved: avg 15 min mile, next mini goal to run 15 one minute runs in a 3 mile set.Yay! All green today!💃YepI have a love/hate relationship with my Fitbit app. It holds me accountable like no other. I have been on a plateau F O R E V E R ! Well, duh! I have been exercising just enough to maintain and not lose. I had just 7 weeks in the last year that was green. SEVEN! Ok, new goal to have more green weeks than red!NSV! Yippee! Improved my time, was able to jog every 3 minutes for 1 minute. Of course, I was checking the timer at 40 seconds willing myself to get to 60!😁Oh!Clothing Designers, why?So trueHuh!#BeforeAndAfter
NSV! Increasing my minutes "running" on the treadmill. Didn't keep pictures of my pennies when I first started to add running to my walk in December, but I could only do 30 seconds at a time, 5 times in a 45 minute walk.TrueWhen I was grumbling today about someone at the gym, which was probably more thoughtless than deliberate rudeness, I saw today's message, my toes have been stomped on!Mountain Laurels and Bluebonnets in Texas in February love it, but also a warning sign that Live Oak pollen is soon coming.🤧#BeforeAndAfter celebrating 40 years today, just a bit heavier than when we were teens.😏 lolMy daughter asked the fam to do the glow 5k today at JBSA@FtSam. Duly noted!🤪☠Uh-huh!Working on some xeriscaping ideas, not many steps, but working out for sure.This is a lone Doe in my neighborhood with her twins; one is very much the "runt" but she is the BOSS!😁 Silly things, I put out nutritional deer feed and they prefer to eat the sunflower birdseed the most. Me too, junk 1st, then the healthier stuff. 🤨😉😁Started painting again after about 20 years of not.
