Didn't work... I kept doing them and waiting for my hips to feel better ....
They didn't.. They got tighter...
If my core was stronger my hips wouldn't have to do extra work and my hip flexors could relax.
Core exercises 3x a week with 24 hrs rest between workouts!
This could take 6 - 8 weeks
But it will be so worth it!

1 pkg instant oatmeal - I used maple & brown sugar
1/2 cup 100% Pumpkin
2/3 cup water
1 Tbsp walnut pieces
I also added some pumpkin spice!
Mix all together in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 1 - 1.5 minutes
So delicious, low fat & high in fiber!One of my Goals!
