Two weeks of tracking...and seven pounds down! I know a lot is water weight and it will slow. I appreciate the motivation watching the scale gives though. Getting good work done on the condo too! Hence the ceiling! LOL
Down 6lb over the past three weeks! Yippie! Usually I'm a very slow loser. Celebrated with this book to plan an awesome road trip next year

I baked my eggs this year and it worked!!! Place in muffin tin. 350 degrees for 30 min. Then ice bath for 10 min. Peeled like a dream.

This stuff is great! I've been discouraged for the past two days...feeling like I put in way too much effort for my turtle paced results. I even gave in to ice cream yesterday! Geesh! Trying to take a deep breath and remind myself any progress is better then no progress...
I don't feel like adulting today... Weight loss at a complete stand still! But I tracked breakfast... Then had these little piggies uplift my mood. Aren't they awesome!
Loving jicama fruit salad with lime
Fresh corn/cactus tortillas made fresh today sandwich minced veggies. Fruit salad with tajin and jicama. Home made oven baked chips. All within points...Yum
Just finished The Obesity Code on audible. AMAZING! Having a great night with my lazy cuddle bug. Down two pounds this week!
You can REALLY get great cadio scrubbing the house!
