Went for another 4 mile walk/jog today but a little slower than yesterday. Had a tuna sandwich with a mozzarella cheese slice, cucumbers, and a tomato with oil and vinegaret dressing drizzled on my veggies.

Had to have a filling out back in todayπ. For lunch I had tomatoes, light Italian dressing, green grapes, wheat thins, and cream cheese with taco seasoning.π
Tonight for dinner we had chilli with cheese and a bit of sour cream.... It was also my first time making NAAN bread.......it didn't turn out like I thought it would but oh well it was still good and I plan to try again.
Enjoying all this snow. Shocked twice already and know that I will be shoveling again at least once more today.
Enjoyed my dinner has been along time since I've made this.
I don't see much of a difference but the scale and measurements say I have. Dose anyone see the difference? #BeforeAndAfter
