Went well, me thinks! Ghee is great for ketosis due to having a higher percentage of mct (medium chain triglycerides) as opposed to the butter it comes from. It’s more easily digestible, good for your gut health and increases your overall energy, among other benefits. And I didn’t need cheese cloth to filter it, coffee filters worked just fine.
