I picked this up at Trader Joe's the other day because I'd read a recipe that called for it and had never heard of it. Has anyone used this before? It honestly didn't taste bad! More like a peanut butter "spread" than actual pb. Only 2 PP for a 2 Tbsp serving vs 5 PP for regular pb! (Less protein though. ðŸ‘ŽðŸ¼) May consider using this in place of pb more often!
My favorite go-to lunch! PB&J on whole wheat and a big, delicious, sliced up Honeycrisp apple. So filling! 7 PP And I love that I've made eating an apple every day at lunch a healthy new habit! I used to think they were "good" but now I find them SO delicious! Ambrosia and Honeycrisp are my favs! ðŸŽ
This is why you track and look up calories/PointsPlus values (if you're a WW'er like me) BEFORE you order your food. I ordered a half-size salad from Wendy's today thinking it was generally as healthy as any of the others on he menu. WRONG. I ended up ordering the one with the MOST PP value (9) out of all of them! Then add 2PP for the vinegarette packet it came with, and you've got a big 11 PP lunch when you're used to budgeting for 6 or 7. On the flip side though, it was damn delicious. ðŸ˜‰
This is the second week in a row that I've lost weight at my Weight Watchers meeting! Down 7.4 lbs now. Glad to see it trending the right direction again. ðŸ˜Š

I went to the gym today!!! First time in over a month. I ran/walked on the treadmill for 2.5 miles. NO EXCUSES. Kind of a scramble getting my gym clothes/bag/water/kid ready and out the door this morning, but I planned ahead and fit the workout into my schedule. So glad I did. Now I'm sweaty and tired and PROUD! Small baby steps = routines = habits = healthier lifestyle = healthier body & mind = SUCCESS. ðŸ˜ŠðŸ’ªðŸ¼
